About

(Source: fauxraux)

I actually asked my mom to buy me a McDonald’s happy meal because I find this toy really adorable. :D You just have to press the button behind it to make his eyes change.

Last Sunday, after hearing mass, we headed straight to The Podium where the family decided to have dinner at Shi Lin. We were there to try their “Xiao Long Bao”, because mom was telling us that she really like Shi Lin’s, compared to Crystal Jade’s own version. :D

Just from the outside of the restaurant you can see them preparing their famous Xiao Long Bao dimsum. :) You can view the kitchen staffs/crews preparing different dishes for the hungry diners.
Anyway, what we ordered are listed below:

Xiao Long Bao for 210 pesos/10 pieces.

Drunken Chicken for 240 pesos, serve cold. :D The funny thing was, while we were ordering, out of nowhere the waitress told us that we won’t get drunk with this dish. Hehe. :D

Fried Rice with Shrimp and Egg for 115 pesos, good for two.

Stirfry Native Spinach for 90 Pesos.

Salt and pepper squid, (I forgot how much this one cost)

And a Tofu dish (I forgot the name and price. Sorry about that)
All in all, we went home with a happy tummy. :D

These are my newly acquired toys. Some of it are my sister’s, but I won’t elaborate on that anymore. :D Nonetheless, I first saw these figurines being played by my 6 year old cousin. He was teaching me how to actually play the game he is playing (Which I thought was a game he just made up) using this so called Gogo’s.
The game is pretty simple. You just have to flick your Gogos at your opponents Gogos, then whoever has the most Gogos still standing or is not yet knocked over, wins. :D

When purchasing these Gogos, you won’t be able to pick characters that you want. All of them are packed in a small red wrapping and you can’t really see through it. It’s pretty much exciting when buying one because there’s an element of surprise every time you get one pack. Lucky if you still don’t have the characters in it. You’re even more fortunate when a rare character suddenly pops out. Haha! Anyway, 3 Gogos + 3 Stickers cost around 100 pesos. You can also buy 1 Gogo keeper with 3 characters for 250+ pesos, I think.

And now, here is my Gogo’s Crazy Bones Gold Series set! I don’t know what went on my mind when I bought the Gold Series. It cost me 700 pesos just for a set of Gold Gogo’s.
It was so tempting, maybe that is why… What a lame reason for me. Hehe. Or maybe… I bought the Gold Series to make my 6 year old cousin go “Crazy”. HAHA! I’m such a mean person. >:) Well, I’m just kidding. Of course I will let him play with my Golden Gogos. Mwahahaha! :)
My mom even find it a little funny for us to be buying toys just because we saw it being played by our 6 year old cousin. LOL! But somehow, we bought sets of gogos to be able to play with him. So… yeah. :D

For sure I won’t be able to play with it just yet. I just find them cute and sparkly. Hooo… WHO CARES anyway?! LOL. :D
Ohw well! Will try to collect them all if I can. Good luck to me!

Here are some of the cool stuff I spotted at The Venetian, Las Vegas while lurking around the vicinity. I just love the details of each figurines, how I wish I could sculpt, Haha. Nonetheless, this is a very late post since I haven’t been active here for some time now.
Been preoccupied, mentally. LOL! Just kidding! Hehe. Anyway… HAVE A GREAT DAY everyone. :D

The camera keychain that I bought in Urban Outfitters (Americana)

Bought it for $5.00. I just find it cute because it has a shutter sound when you take a snapshot. :)
